One of the primary missions of the Beavercreek Music Parents Association is fundraising for the groups we serve.
How do we raise money?
BMPA's largest fundraiser
All parents are strongly encouraged to volunteer, we need volunteers to man the events, stand managers who open and close the stands, money counters to ensure accountability and overall coordinators who order food, manage the schedule, fix equipment and much more.
The BMPA purchases a truck load of fresh citrus fruit the first week of December each year. Volunteers are needed to coordinate the sale, and bag the fruit.
Parents are also needed to drive groups of 4 students throughout Beavercreek neighborhoods selling fruit door to door during the weekend.
